I floss in the morning, then do oil pulling with coconut oil for at least 10 minutes while getting coffee brewing, etc, spit it in the garbage (never the sink...will clog with time), rinse with hot tap water, sometimes with a little salt. Then brush with an electric toothbrush brush for 2 minutes on the high sett, soft brush. I'm scheduled for a dental cleaning this summer...I think my last time was 11yrs ago... but my teeth feel great with this routine.

Diet has a lot to do with oral health...I never drink carbonated beverages. Take D3/K2 , which work together to send the Ca to bones and teeth... taking too much D3 w/o K2 can end up depositing the Ca in your cardiovascular system.

My last visit to a dentist was in 1995. Too expensive for me.

They always complained at me that in spite of going years between visits they couldn't find any issues with my teeth.

The last visit was transferred to an oral surgeon to cut out an impacted wisdom tooth.

In 2009 I started to have ill effects from poor diet which was causing teeth to be undercut with decay at and under the gumline. That was when I started removing the damaged ones myself, one at a time, due to the high prices of the mouth mechanics combined with their insistence on repairs when I wanted extractions. The time to remove via slowly breaking them loose from root nerves and surrounding ligament tissue went from taking 6 months for the first broken wisdom tooth down to under a month for a few of them.

I've gotten about half of them out now, sure wish there were available anaesthetics that I could obtain to get the blasted things out in one go instead of slowly working them loose. But on the bright side, the way I get them out, they only bleed for a minute or two and all but one healed within two days. The slow one took three days to heal the gum.
