Instead of large bottles of liquid bleach, I would recommend tubs of pool shock. Comes in powder or tablets. It's concentrated and the tubs are stackable. Much easier to store. Aside from disinfecting water, there may come a time when you need it for washing your hands or cleaning your 'personal towel' after your TP runs out.
I would highly recommend some Essential Oils for wellness. These will be essential when it is difficult to seek medical help.
Along with those knives, make sure you have a way to sharpen them.
I also included manual kitchen items and gadgets. We will still need to prep and cook food if the SHTF.
