I am no scientist, but it seems unwise to lump all "sanitary" wipes together. There are many different wipes for different jobs made with many different chemicals. Would you use a wipe made for cleaning toilets on your face? Adding water to a dried out wipe may work, but it is ill-advised adding rubbing alcohol without knowing how it may react with other chemicals.
